These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website. By placing an order with Elite Graphics TN, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

2. Products & Services

We specialize in custom printing, promotional products, apparel, signage, awards, and related services. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that colors, dimensions, or design details displayed on your device will exactly match the final product.

3. Custom Orders & Artwork

  • All custom orders require customer approval before production.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve proofs for spelling, colors, placement, and design.
  • Once a proof is approved, Elite Graphics TN is not responsible for errors or changes requested after production begins.
  • We reserve the right to reject any order containing offensive, copyrighted, or trademarked material without proper authorization.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
  • Full payment (or a deposit, if applicable) is required before production begins unless otherwise arranged.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, checks, and other payment methods listed at checkout.
  • Sales tax is applied where required by law.

5. Turnaround Times

  • Estimated completion dates are provided at the time of ordering but are not guaranteed.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
  • Delays caused by supplier issues, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Elite Graphics TN.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer local pickup at our store location and shipping within the United States.
  • Shipping costs, timelines, and carriers will be provided at checkout.
  • Elite Graphics TN is not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by us.
  • Cancellations may be possible before production begins; cancellation fees may apply.
  • Any claims for defects or errors must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content created by Elite Graphics TN remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any designs, logos, or images submitted for printing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elite Graphics TN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
